8-Plex with Secondary Suites at 4616 33 Ave SW
A new mid-block R-CG fourplex with four secondary suites in Glenbrook (4 units + 4 suites). BP drawings show Units A/B at about 1,310 sq ft above grade plus ~615 sq ft suites, and Units C/D at about 1,270 sq ft plus ~597 sq ft suites. Elevations feature modern gables with a Class 4 hail-resistant roof. Demolition has started for the new multi-family build.
